Permanent health insuranceKey Responsibilities of a Corporate Account Manager:

Managing the day-to-day business relationships of corporate clients, whilst supporting the delivery of seminar programs
Resolving challenging client requests or issues and ensuring that queries are escalated appropriately
Providing project management support to the Team Manager in line with business objectives
Analysing client data and identifying where improvements can be made to increase client offering
Initiating client review meetings and providing product-focused solutions to increase client/delegate engagementKey Skills and Experience Required of a Corporate Account Manager:

Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task, coupled with a flexible attitude
Previous sales experience, preferred within events or public sector sales
Successful history of delivering client-focused projects
Strong customer service skills and experience of working towards and achieving targets, enhanced by excellent communication skills
Passionate and personable, with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Highly organised, with an ability to confidently analyse data and make effective decisions to help drive business growth
