My client offers refurbishment, fit out, facilities management and mechanical and electrical solutions to the commercial, industrial, educational, and retail sectors. My client has a reputation for the highest standard of service, quality, and delivery, regardless of the size or value of the project.
My client is looking for a working foreman to do commercial refurbishments specifically in the educational sector. You will need 3-5 years’ experience working as a working foreman and some type of experience working in commercial/ educational fit outs. It will be specifically focusing on the toilet refurbishments.
Responsibilities
* Project planning- Developing a detailed work schedule and planning tasks
* Resource management – coordinate procurement and delivery of materials
* Team supervision – Oversee subcontractors ensuring clear understanding of tasks
* Progress monitoring- Check progress against the timeline and budget
* Standards Compliance
* Inspections
* Risk assessments
* Make sure conditions are maintained.
Benefits
£35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience
