About the Role:
As The Automotive Planning Manager, you'll take charge of a team of six planners currently navigating supply chain complexities without a unified strategy. Your mission will be to unite the team, establish a clear roadmap for success, and implement efficient planning processes. We're looking for a leader who can inspire, mentor, and lead by example, diving into planning tasks when necessary to ensure success.
