Job Title: Assistant Property Asset Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring am Assistant Asset Manager on behalf of a privately owned on property development and management business.
Duties of an Assistant Property Asset Manager
Management of tenancy application process
Oversee delivery of maintenance across the portfolio
Viewings and Inspections
First point of contact for tenants, building positive relationships
It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills;
Full Driving Licence
Organised and reliable
Two years previous experience in property management or similar
