Quantity Surveyor. Trainee, Graduate or Junior. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude essential. Practical experience preferred, but experience will come with the role. Will consider a recent graduate, someone who is currently doing day release or a junior QS with 1-2 years’ experience. Residential projects from 10 to 120 units, private and HA. Bromley. From £28-32k negotiable. Ongoing training is available.

Quantity Surveyor, trainee / junior level to work with more experienced Quantity Surveyors assisting them on Residential schemes in Kent and south-east London. To join an expanding Residential developer / builder. Projects range from 8-12 units on residential conversion schemes to larger 80-120 units new build developments. You would be joining a young team, head office based. Great growth and career potential.

The company mainly undertakes brownfield developments in the north Kent / south-east London. Whilst residential schemes form the core of operations they have diversified into mixed use, commercial and office projects. The Projects vary from traditional build to RC flats in single & multiple blocks. Traditional construction will incorporate masonry and pre-cast floor slabs.

Quantity Surveyor, Trainee / Junior. Additional work, and a good forward order book, is good news and means that this growing developer / builder requires an additional Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor to work with the Quantity Surveyors. The Company. They are involved in a mix of social and private housing, in new build and refurbishment sectors, they specialise in finding and reclaiming sites, identifying their full potential, based on their size, shape, accessibility and immediate surroundings.

You will need to demonstrate that you are interested in developing a future in construction and Quantity Surveying. Ideally a car driver as you will need to make some site visits. Strong IT, Maths and English communication skills are needed.

Working Conditions. Your working hours would generally be 0800 to 1700 for a 5 day week, with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. The salary plus bonus and pension, will reflect experience to date. The company work hard to retain their staff, and you will be joining a friendly company
