Job purpose: 

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the smooth delivery and implementation of a renewable energy project portfolio ranging from residential projects to large-scale commercial sites and maintenance servicing. The role will be engaging and varied and will require a ‘role your sleeves up’ attitude. 

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working alongside a team of PM’s and installation teams, you are someone who works well in a team environment, but also who is driven to achieve and develop on a personal level. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimise project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Contribute to the assessment and progression of all new business leads and development opportunities
