AJP are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to work for a large engineering company based in Wallsend.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
You will demonstrate professional reception hosting duties such as: managing in-house hospitality, welcoming all clients into the building; helping with the set up of Board / Conference rooms; directing clients / customers to right department and ensuring drinks / refreshments are regularly offered
You will be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries, ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls and screen and direct calls appropriately.
Ensure that visitor files are kept up-to-date as well as other filing systems.
Ensure emails are answered and responded to straight away to achieve seamless communication.
Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information are kept up to date and complete.
Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and associated documents required in the employment cycle.
Assist with HR projects as and when required
