You will be able to produce good quality, grammatically correct, and accurate work
• Organised and self-disciplined – your workload will be varied, with multiple tasks and deadlines and whilst that can be very interesting, it also means that if you have poor time management; or are unable to work under your own initiative; or you are easily distracted, you will fall behind and experience more stress than you need to
• Flexible and resilient – sometimes you will be asked to work beyond your role to assist the wider team in achieving deadlines or company goals, or because we think it will be a great learning opportunity. When we do, you should be able to do so positively and calmly, even if you feel discomfort at the thought of stepping outside of your role, responsibilities, or usual hours of work
• A confident and sociable communicator – you will be able to converse positively and considerately, with our team; our engineers; our clients and our contractors. We will expect you to do this with a smile on your face and with a good sense of humour, even if you are having a bad day
• Participative – you don’t have to be a party animal or the life and soul of the party, but you will be expected to contribute positively to the team.
