Labourer Needed for Long-Term Residential New Build Project in Penrith - Immediate Start!

Location: Penrith, Cumbria (CA16 Area)

Rate: £14.75 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Long-term contract with potential for ongoing work

About the Client:

Our client is a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects in the Penrith area. They require a motivated and reliable Labourer to join their team on a long-term new build project, starting ASAP.

About the Role:

As a Labourer on this project, your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting tradespeople with various tasks, such as lifting and carrying materials, cleaning the site, and preparing work areas.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following instructions from site supervisors and adhering to all health and safety regulations.About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid CSCS card.
Previous experience as a Labourer, ideally on construction sites.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
