Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for Estimators to join their company on a full-time, permanent basis in Nottingham.
My client are industry leaders in comprehensive fire safety, specialising in passive fire protection from project inception through to remedial works. With extensive experience spanning various sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, and more.
About the role:
·Good experience within either the Cladding, MEP or Passive Fire sector
·Assessing the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects.
·Generating precise Schedule of Works based on drawings and specifications.
·Reviewing construction documents and analysing specifications.
·Creating estimates for project planning, organisation, and scheduling using fundamental principles.
·Strong communication skills with clients & suppliers
·Liaising with main clients concerning projects & RFI's
·Attending tender meetings with clients
·Submitting in-depth quotations/tenders
