Site Manager - Roofing

Kingsley Consulting are working with a highly respected and profitable Roofing Contractor to identify an experienced Site Manager with a strong background within Roofing to manage the day-to-day site activities of a key refurbishment Project in Milton Keynes.
 
Remuneration
Day Rate: £220-£280 per day - (NEG DOE)
Location: Milton Keynes

Key Duties:
Maintain Health and Safety on site
Carry out Site Inductions
Open and set up site as well as ensuring site is secure at the end of the day
Ensure works are being carried out on time and to required specification
Coordinating material deliveries and supply of materials
Effectively dealing with any site issues that may arise. Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of Roofing Systems - Ideally Single Ply/Felt 
SMSTS
First aid
Driving License
Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager
Flat Roofing Project experience is preferred. Our client is looking to appoint this position asap, so please send your CV for immediate review if this role is of interest.
