TEAM LEADER ** MANUFACTURING ** SOUTH YORKSHIRE ** PERMANENT ROLE **
We are recruiting for Team Leaders in an excellent manufacturing client based in South Yorkshire
Responsibilities of the Team Leader role:
Managing a team in fast paced manufacturing environment
Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPIs
Training of new staff and existing team members
Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Experience of working in a manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
Previous Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable
Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
The role is working on rotating shifts Morning/Afters?Nights so you must be flexible as well as covering holidays
