An established Housing Developer based in the West Midlands is expanding their construction team due to new projects commencing. They are an Award-Winning House Builder with a strong reputation in the industry for high quality and standards. This House Builder are offering progression to Site Manager within 12 months.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion
Monitor and manage site health and safety procedures
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
Manage site logistics and resolve any issues that may arise

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Site Manager role with a House Builder.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional house building and regulations including NHBC
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Good time management and organisational skills
