Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Setter / Operator
Location: Ripley
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Onsite
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Continental Shifts 6am-6pm

The Role
You will be responsible for operating and setting up injection moulding machines. For the production process to make uPVC products.
Ensure production requirements are met at all times
Quality checking as per company standards
Setting up and running the injection machine
Packing when required
Carrying out tool and material changes
Complete all paperwork for each operation
Sign off manual checks
Operating machinery safely and reporting issues
Working with the production team towards targets
Maintaining clean and safe work area
The Candidate
Experience of injection moulding/ tool setting
Previous experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Desirable experience in uPVC industry
Positive attitude
Willingness to work in a team
Desirable qualifications in machining or engineering
