Conducting thorough candidate searches using various platforms and methods
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions
Screening and assessing candidate applications to identify the most suitable individuals
Conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks
Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer
Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to effectively advise clients and candidates
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's databaseEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service
Desire to sell, earn bonus and be successful whilst enjoying an excellent work/life balance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving licenceDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Knowledge of the recruitment industry
Experience in business development and client relationship management
Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposesTechnologies:

Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and databases
