Job Title: HR Lead/Specialist
Location: Aberdeen or Montrose
Contract: 9-Month Maternity Cover (Potential extension for an additional 3 months)
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an HR Lead/Specialist, you will be the primary contact for employees and managers, providing leadership, coaching, and support for individual employee needs and HR processes within the HR Partnership Model. Key responsibilities include:
* Advising functional managers and other departments on approaches, processes, and procedures within the HR field.
* Communicating effectively with direct colleagues and the broader business to solve complex problems.
* Leading medium-sized projects or significantly contributing to larger projects, with work goals typically achieved within 3-6 months and results/impact expected within 2-12 months.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
