We have an opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing Independant Training Provider.
We are looking for an experienced Residential Childcare Assessor to join their successful team. If you have the skills and experience, then this opportunity could be just for you if you are looking for a new challenge!
This is a remote role working from home, offering a salary of £30-£32,000pa. The successful candidate will need to have a strong background within the childcare sector, ideally as a manager/supervisor or training background.
Responsibilities
* Remotely assess, motivate and support learners, monitoring their progress to maximise their potential to achieving their qualifications in Residential Childcare from level 3 to level 5 Diplomas & Apprenticeships.
* Manage own workload ensuring that full requirements of the role are met.
* Assess learner evidence, providing constructive feedback including carrying out reviews of progression or additional support requirement.
* Ensure highest standards of learner completions are met and encourage a 'can do' attitude with them.
Qualifications/Competencies
* Assessor qualification (TAQA,CAVA,A1 or equivalent)
* Experience of assessing Residential Childcare or strong background working within the childcare residential setting.
* Experience of working autonomously and managing own diary
* Have access to the internet
Contract: Permanent or Freelance
Hours Available: Full time or Part time
