Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

Salary: £60,000 to £62,000
About The Role:
Howard Finley Care is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced OFSTED Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a children's residential service in Bolton. While we prefer an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager, we are also open to considering a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
As the Registered Manager, you will provide leadership, growth, and direction to ensure the home operates efficiently in line with relevant legislation, regulations, procedures, policies, and the home's Statement of Purpose. The home is Ofsted Registered to care for children and young people with complex and behavioural needs.
To be consider for this role you must:
Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred but not essential)
Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred).
