Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Customer Technical Advisor to join their dedicated team in Bath. You will support the business by providing top-quality service to their customers.
The role:
First point of contact for all queries
Resolve customer queries
Processing orders
Provide technical advice and status updates
Organise and process product returns
General administrationPerson specification:
Previous customer service/call centre experience is essential
Confident and professional telephone manner
Pro-active and engaging approach
Able to work on your initiative
Excellent communication and organisation skills
