Role Overview:

The Paraplanner will support financial advisors by preparing detailed financial plans and reports, conducting research, and ensuring all advice is compliant with industry regulations. This role is critical in helping deliver personalised financial strategies that address clients' challenges and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with financial advisors to understand client needs and objectives.

* Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans and reports.

* Conduct thorough research and analysis on various financial products and services.

* Ensure all financial advice complies with regulatory standards.

* Assist in the preparation of client review meetings and follow-up actions.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

* Provide technical support and detailed information to advisors and clients.

Requirements:

* Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) back-office system.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paraplanning role.

* Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning, Certified Financial Planner).

* Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent analytical and research skills.

* Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
