Client Development Manager - London, UK (Hybrid) - Possibl

Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible) a new position has become available to join their high performing commercial team as a Client Development Manager to drive outbound sales activity into opportunities to pitch their innovative solutions to some big name clients in the UK.

You would be joining a growing, vibrant and award winning consultancy rubbing shoulders with a mix of consultants, expert practitioners and senior HR, L&D and talent leaders whilst taking innovative solutions creatively to market. What you will do:

Owning the entire sales cycle end to end, including driving outbound sales activity
Present and pitch their innovative solutions with impact
Act as a company ambassador at events, conferences, panels, and thought-leadership forums
Work in collaboration with their Founder and SLT to maximise the effectiveness of their commercial infrastructure, dashboards and tools
Experience & skills required:

3+ years commercial experience, sitting within a business development seat, ideally within an agency, consulting or professional services environment
Time served selling off the shelf or productised offerings
Accustomed and confident in delivering on individual and team-based sales targets
Excellent, and thoughtful relationship builder
Proactive, self-driven and motivated
Have a passion for the Talent/Development space, in particular Early Careers
