We are on the lookout for our next Recruitment Consultant to join the Brighton team. We are an agency that wants to genuinely support and coach you from the offset and have a brilliant track record of retention and promotion in the first 12 months of somebody’s journey with us!
You’ll be joining an enthusiastic, down to earth team that don’t run the business on relentless KPI’s but on realistic achievability to progress with an inclusive close-knit culture.

Who are we looking for?
* Somebody with good communication skills and a hard-working nature
* A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a sales environment which could include; estate agency, account management, b2b/b2c sales etc
* Someone with a genuine desire to come in, hit the ground running and progress quickly
* Experience in phone or face to face sales based roles
* An individual with a positive mindset and can-do attitude!
What will you be doing in the role:
Speaking to professional candidates in the Civil Engineering industry about live vacancies with our broad client base. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, following leads and directly headhunting candidates. You will be allocated a specific market within the civil engineering industry to build client relationships with. This patch has fantastic potential as well a lot of data already existing and live requirements to get you off the mark quickly.
