SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic business based in Derby. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the success of their sales team. This role will also include some personal assistant support for one of the company's directors, therefore ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, and managing diaries. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior sales staff.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
Coordinate and support sales meetings
Assist with the organisation of events and promotional activities.
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a sales administration or personal assistant role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
