The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and delivering a fully integrated bespoke sales strategy for each academy location, working closely with the Commercial Director and Group Head of Marketing to ensure sales targets are met.
This key role is integral to ensure the sales process is informative and efficient to ensure we are considered the Airline Academy and Approved Training Organisation of choice. Innovation and creative thinking are a must to ensure that Skyborne appeals to a wider audience and is differentiated through quality, safety and professionalism.
The successful candidate must be able to work across Global markets to lead a team of training advisors. Highly experienced in sales, with a proven track record in the creation of B2B and B2C sales campaigns that have delivered commercial value. 
As Group Head of Sales, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and take them on a journey to deliver sales excellence. An inspiring leader, with great vision and expertise in building a commercial strategy that drives innovation and growth
Developing, implementing and monitoring a global academy sales strategy for new and existing courses, ensuring strong and consistent sales targets are achieved at all times, across all programs.
Negotiating Commercial Agreements with affiliates and strategic partners.
Working closely with the company’s sales and marketing teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate metrics, insights, and tools.
Setting of sales related Key Performance Indicators to meet budgetary requirements. Ensuring they are effective implemented and achieved through monthly KPI reporting.
Participating in key events to include trade events, open days, graduation events, airline visits, airline forums and university visits in line with plans and business goals.
To ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and realised in all Sales communications.
Leading a team across multiple worldwide locations to deliver sales targets, with oversight on all outputs.
Developing automation through Salesforce CRM.
Commercially focused through monitoring and reporting, improving the team’s performance via systems, processes, goals and training.
Delivering industry insight and competitor analysis.
Providing performance channel expertise in meetings and pitches.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop the core performance sales strategy.
Some traveling for events will be required.
