You will need to be eligible to undergo SC clearance due to the nature of the client.
As a Cisco Engineer, you will work 5 days on client sites in either Portsmouth, Stevenage and Newport (Expenses paid for travel). This is an on-site role, and travel between the sites will be required. You will ideally have had previous experience as a communication engineer.
To give you an idea of how this Cisco Engineer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Video-conferencing Oriented Incidents
Respond to specific hardware or application requests
Participate in telephony and video conferencing projects
Ensure the MCO of the network infrastructure

Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
