Drama Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Salary Scale: £140 to £250 per day
Status: Full Time and possibility for a permanent role

As a Drama Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and ignite a passion for performance in our students. GSL Education is in search of a Geography Teacher to fill a post at one of our client schools in Rotherham.
Role of a Drama Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and learning styles
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to express themselves
Develop and nurture students' confidence, communication skills, and teamwork through practical drama activities and performances
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular drama clubs, productions, and events
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
The successful candidate will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Demonstrated experience teaching drama at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum
Passion for drama education and a commitment to inspiring young people
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues to create a dynamic learning environment
