Pipework / Piping Estimator

White label Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist engineering business who are highly regarded in the industry with a sought-after reputation and they are now looking to take on a Pipework / Piping Estimator.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Pipework / Piping Estimator or a Pipe Fitter looking for the next step up in their career to join a company that invests heavily into the development of their staff, which is why they are number one in their nice.

The Role:
* Managing the installation team
* Going to customer sites to look at jobs to produce the estimates and costs
* Preparing quotations
* May involve preparing drawings to work out installation programs
* Ensuring necessary materials are ordered
* Plan and discuss with the customer throughout to ensure the project runs in accordance with the customer expectations and plan
* Manage the installation projects
* Will be covering the UK visiting customers 3 days a week, then two days working from the office in Bradford
The Person:
* Must come from a pipe fitting background
* Ideally someone who has good experience with piping / pipeline estimates and /or installation estimating
* Ability to work with customer systems and word and excel
* Ideally a time served apprentice or mechanical engineer / pipe fitter
* Will consider a Piper Fitter looking for the next step up
* Able to read P&ID drawings
