The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Housing to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our housing strategy, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to our residents, and driving continuous improvement across our housing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Housing team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Develop and implement housing policies and strategies that align with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the delivery of housing services, ensuring excellence in tenant satisfaction, property management, and community engagement.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and value for money.
Act as a key liaison with residents, stakeholders, and external partners, representing the organization at meetings and events.
Monitor and report on housing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
Drive initiatives to enhance the quality and accessibility of our housing services.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a senior housing management role, preferably within a Housing Association or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience in financial management and budgetary control.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
