Feeling a bit fried in your current role?  Do you want to join a food manufacturer in Coventry making some of the UK's most loved snacks?  This dynamic and automated business seeks a multi-skilled engineer to join the current team, providing support to minimise downtime by responding to breakdowns. 

Working for this fast paced highly automated business we are looking for proactive engineers that are keen to learn, there are career progression routes & paid for training opportunities.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the seamless operation of the production lines. Responsibilities include:
Carrying out reactive maintenance and PPM's.
Using both your electrical and mechanical skill set.  
Diagnosing faults to find route cause of breakdowns.
Support continuous improvement projects on site.
Work efficiently with the production team to minimise downtime. 
Promote the company values and comply with the Health and Safety standards. The qualifications & skills required to become a Maintenance Engineer:
A minimum of a level 3 maintenance engineer (electrical bias) C&G NVQ, BTEC
Understanding of SCADA control systems.
PLC fault finding experience would be an advantage
Multi-skilled with an electrical bias.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG. The benefits of this Maintenance Engineers role:
A competitive salary of £51,500, inclusive of shift allowance.
A shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, days and nights (6am-6pm).
