Complex carer

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care assistance to clients based on their individual needs

- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Implement care plans and provide emotional support to clients and their families

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

**Skills:**

- Experience in caregiving, complex care or homecare is advantageous

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to care protocols

- Ability to manage tracheostomy

- Ability to manage suctioning, ventilation and PEG feeding

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and healthcare team

- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures

Pay: £13.00-£15.28 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
