Opticians Assistant Manager – South London
Are you a team leader, supervisor or optical assistant ready to take the next step in their career?
We are looking for a full time supervisor or assistant store manager. The long-established, busy practice is based in an amazing part of London which offers laid back and happy vibe and good transport connections.
The role:
* Assisting with running of a large practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda.
* Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the General Manager – Who has a wealth of experience.
* Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward.
* Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged.
* Administration responsibilities and compliance.
* Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles.
* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
* Confident, friendly and organised.
