Project Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - London
Company:
Currently a Specialist Fit Out Contractor who carry out projects in the; Commercial, Education, and Residential sectors are looking for a project manager. These projects include; CAT A & CAT B fit outs. Projects are mainly located in London and surrounding counties, and usually range from £100k - £3m in value.
Project Manager Role:
Currently my client are looking for a project manager with previous interiors and construction experience to work on various projects they have coming up in London. You as the project manager will be working closely with the Contracts Manager, being responsible for all sub-contractors on site, along with general day to day management of the project and adhering to H&S protocols.
This is a permanent position and the company do intend to move the successful candidate up through the business in years to come.
Project Manager Requirements:
* Sound knowledge of interior fit out systems - partitioning, suspended ceilings, drylining is highly desirable.
* Previously worked on CAT A &/OR CAT B projects, specifically on commercial projects.
* Construction knowledge is highly desirable
* 3 years project management experience working on projects with a value of £1m+
* Previous experience working on drylining/fit out projects
* A trades background
* All up to date site certificates including SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid
* Good attitude and willing to work as both an individual and as a team
Salary:
They are offering an annual salary package of up to £60k plus package which will be dependent on the persons experiences and qualifications.
