Position: Plasterer Multi
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: Equivalent to £43 per year
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours, Permanent
Responsibilities for the Plasterer Multi role:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Requirements for the Plasterer Multi role:
Proven experience as a maintenance Plasterer Multi.
Strong Plastering skills and ability to complete other wet trades maintenance repairs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's licence.
Qualifications for the Plasterer Multi role:
NVQ Certification or training in Carpentry or related field.
Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
