They strive to give every child the opportunity to achieve their potential in order for them to become happy, confident and independent learners.

The Primary School are looking to take on a driven Teaching Assistant that has high classroom management skills to support in their KS2 classes. The successful candidate will be working closely with the class teachers providing a stimulating environment to keep children engaged during their lessons. You will need to be able to handle challenging situations and use your initiative to control student's behaviour in a professional manner.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification OR 6 month experience in an educational establishment
Experience working with ALN children
Enjoyment in building relationships with children
Excellent patience skills
Ability to have an open mindset to situations
