Our clients offer a unique opportunity to take your earnings to where you want them to be, supporting you in building your pipeline. This is perfect if you are already in Estate Agency and looking to take on a listing role where you are going to be going out, valuing and winning business.

* Starting salary - Up to £22,000

* Guaranteed bonus while you build your pipeline - Up to £1,000 a month

Requirements

* 12 months Estate Agency experience at either negotiator level or above

* Confident in your ability to succeed

* Knowledge of the Luton area

* Hungry and passionate about property

* A love for winning business

* Track record of hitting KPI's
