As an Account Administrator at our Glasgow, you will ensure efficient and effective business operations with major account customers.

* Maintaining spreadsheets

* Managing phone enquiries.

* Gathering customer information.

* Producing weekly reports.

* Handle contract creation.

* Purchase order invoice authorisation.

Essential Expeirence:

* Significant experience in high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration, preferably in the hire industry

* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

* Strong attention to detail with data analysis and report production experience

* Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
