Time 4 Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK`s largest maintenance and service contractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Site Manager in Leeds working a very well establish and highly reputable client who offers their services to hundreds of thousands of properties across the UK.
Through their multiple branches our clients offers a vast range of services which include Retrofit and Energy Services, roofing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom replacements, planned and project works in painting, Passive Fire Projection, Disrepair Works, Multi-disciplinary Fabric Upgrades, and maintenance Contracts – expertly delivered through their multiple branches.
As Site Manager you will be managing their kitchen and bathroom programs across Leeds – Approx 1 million per year
Key responsibilities:
* Manager all subcontractors, supervisors and engineers on site
* Report to Projects Manager and Branch Manager
* Supervising all labourer and visitors on site.
* Liaising with main contractors and sub-contractors on site.
* Ensuring the package is on time against programme.
* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
* Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.
* Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
* Monitor productivity of Site staff to ensure standard, including budget and time frame.
Experience/ qualifications required:
* SMSTS
* Holds valid CSCS card
* Valid First Aid certificate
* Experience of working as a Site Manager on Bathroom and Kitchen Projects
* Project Manager contracts manager and
* Carry out quality checks and raise any technical issues.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance on site.
* 3 years plus experience on similar projects
* Within commutable distance of Cardiff
