As a recruitment resourcer, you will be required to

* Sourcing candidates for new vacancies

* Speaking to candidates and conducting in-depth telephone interviews

* Supporting Senior Consultants within the team to help find candidates the right candidates for roles they are recruiting for.

* Logging new candidate details onto our systems and creating online files

Experience / Skillset required for this role

* Excellent communication skills

* Professional phone manor

* A passion for recruitment and the desire for career development

* Experience of screening candidate

* Previous experience of working in a recruitment setting either as a Recruiter or HR Officer, Resourcer etc.
