We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our clients dynamic, fast-growing team. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their brand's future, developing, and executing innovative strategies that boost brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. This key leadership position demands exceptional analytic skills, boundless creativity, in-depth industry knowledge, and a relentless drive for delivering top-tier campaigns and results.

- £50k - £60k DOE

- Full Time - Permanent

- Location - Hedge End, Southampton

- Company Car

Key Responsibilities;

* Create and execute long-term strategic marketing and promotional plans.

* Oversee marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and events.

* Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.

* Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

* Lead and mentor a team of three marketing professionals to ensure successful initiative execution.

* Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.

* Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques.

* Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements;

* Marketing degree or equivalent qualifications.

* Extensive experience in strategic marketing; automotive experience is a plus.

* Deep understanding of marketing trends, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team.

* Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying strategies and results to stakeholders.

* Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management, and analytic tools.

* Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to set long-term marketing objectives aligned with business goals.
