The Ideal Candidate: 

Bachelor's degree in music education or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Proficiency in music theory, history, and performance
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and student success
The Role:

Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and a strong foundation in music theory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to connect and engage students of all abilities.
The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Passion for music education and the ability to inspire students.
Strong commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current trends and practices in music education.
