Supply Chain Planning Supervisor

An opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to join a global organisation on a permanent basis as a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor. You will be responsible for the he timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.
 
About the Role

Weekly production planning arrangement by ensuring the releasing production orders for each value stream and get alignment with production team in the weekly meeting  
Daily monitoring of the execution of production orders, track and correct the variance to ensure the production plan is on schedule for each value stream  
Day to day management of the material planning team, including monthly meetings and regular 1-1’s with each team member, reviewing training and development needs and holiday requests   
First point of contact for delivery escalations from internal & external stakeholders  
Leading daily PIM meetings with the team  
Attending relevant meetings   
Gathering monthly and quarterly billings outlooks and raising constraints and supply issues in a timely manner   
Tracking daily and weekly KPI’s  About You

Educated to degree level 
Good written, verbal and communication skills within team and external stakeholders 
Experience in production and material planning within manufacturing 
At least 2-3 years' experience of team leader management 
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, tight deadlines and problem solving 
SAP experience is a must have 
Demonstrated experience in data analysis & excel
