Who are we looking for?

We're actively seeking an experienced recruitment consultant (from any industry) to join our growing team in Belfast. This is a unique role, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own niche market. The successful person will be professional, self-motivated, ambitious, and financially motivated, with a proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment role.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research

A competitive basic salary and one of the most lucrative commission schemes in Belfast (this is uncapped, paid monthly, and you can earn up to 35% of your monthly revenue)
