Location: Belfast

Due to continued growth and success, Reperio Human Capital is actively seeking a recruitment consultant to join their Belfast team. This role will best suit someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, ambitious and financially motivated. Recruitment is essentially a sales job, and requires resilience and determination, but if you work hard, you will progress quickly within the business and advance financially.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
