Network LAN Analyst - Larne (Hybrid) - Up to £40.00/hr - Inside IR35

Do you have CCNA or CCNP qualifications and Cisco experience with 3850 & 9300 switches? Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Network LAN Analyst to join our client's inclusive and thriving team in Larne. 

As a Network LAN Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for all network related incidents, resolving incidents or passing them to more specialised analysts. You will ensure incident tickets are assigned to the correct assignment group and are, where possible, resolved within agreed SLA/MTTR targets.

In your first few weeks in this Lan Analyst role, you can expect to:

Provide adhoc level 2/3 remote support for network related LAN/WAN/LAN
Manage incident ticket queue for EAME Network service assignment groups
Act as first point of contact for all network related incidents in region and attempt to resolve or pass on to more specialised analysts
Respond to small RITM tasks - IP scope changes, FSZ request, etc.
To apply for this Network LAN Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: Cisco switch experience that includes 3850 & 9300 switches. Degree preferred. Must have CCNA and/or CCNP qualifications.
