In the future one person should takte the averall responsibility regarding both areas to improve efficiency. Without denying he high importance if R&D the focus is clearly on Production (Ramp Up-Plan in line with the cooperation contract with KY)- What you can expect from us- Ramp-Up of production-sites for series-production of Silicone Carbide (SiC)-cristalls in Europe- Responsibility for planning (and operating) production rampup including facility management, logistic and maintenance.
- Responsibilty of planning and prioritizing R&D tasks
- Quality management for the areas of responsibility
- Compliance of Key Performance Indicators
- Setup and implementation of SAP/MES within areas of responsibility
- Responsibility for a motivated, highly educated and motivated team
- Any education / knowledge of the semiconductor industry is advantageous
- Leading management funktion within the manufacturing industry (e.g. automotive, electronic, ) for more than 5 years.
- Experience in volume (series) production including facility management, logistic and maintenance
- Experience in hightech branches (semiconductor industry, automotive industry, photovoltaics or systems engineering)
- Experience in cooperatoion with R&D teams
- Experience in steering a production based on KPIs
- Optional: Experience regarding national / international funding programs
- An annual gross salary of at least EUR XXX. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is the readiness for an overpayment in line with the market.
