As a CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting and delivering various products, materials, and supplies to customer locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
CDL Driver Job Responsibilities Transport and deliver a range of materials including lumber, trusses, and house kits to customer locations
Operate over-26,001-lb vehicle and hold crane and boom operator certification
Calculate weight, height, and load distribution for safe transportation
Plan delivery routes and inspect load paperwork for accuracy
Ensure all safety points are checked before delivery
Handle delivery-related paperwork such as logs, mileage, and reports
Utilize customer service skills to address and resolve any customer issues
All deliveries are local, allowing you to be home every night
Qualifications Valid CDL license and crane/boom certification
Strong customer service abilities
