SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
A printer technician, will be required to inspect, analyze and troubleshoot printers.
Responsibilities
Performs a full range of repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on assigned printers.
Performs basic connection, downloads printer drivers and network devices.
Replacing new ink cartridges
Printer troubleshooting
Exhibits professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Requirements and skills
Must be able to push/ pull/ lift/ carry 50+ pounds
Demonstrates good technical and repair skills
Minimum 2-4years experience as a printer technician
Ability to independently perform work assigned with minimal direction and instruction.
Work is typically performed in a temperature controlled, indoor environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
