The restoration services we provide places a primary focus on exterior repairs such as cedar shake replacement, repairs and preservation treatments with an increasing focus on synthetic/composite shake & slate roofing systems. Other service trades include custom copper, gutters, siding, and minor carpentry & painting repairs. We pride ourselves on having an excellent reputation for customer service. THE POSITION
We are seeking a receptionist to be primarily responsible for answering phones, researching properties, and entering new customer leads, managing files including scanning and filing to ensure all customer files are up to date. You will be working independently, and in conjunction with the Office Manager to ensure accurate workflow of new customer files. Daily communication will be required in conjunction with the Office Manager, Sales Representatives and Production Staff to ensure timely processing of paperwork and warranties. Additional daily responsibilities will include the performance of other general office clerk duties, in order to help assist with keeping a consistent workflow within the company.

RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls and other communications.
* Correctly imputing customer information into company CRM software
* Managing filing system.
* Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
* Tracking lead credits, customer surveys/online reviews & warranty issues via Excel
* Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
* Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
* Maintaining office supply inventory.
* Projects and research as required.
* Positive Interactions with customers and office staff
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
* 2+ years Experience as a receptionist / office assistant or in related field
* Good time management, written and communication skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Organizational and problem-solving skills
* Magnificent work ethic and positive team player
* Ability to quickly improvise and use good judgment
* Handle internal pressure, work well with others, and lead by example
