We are seeking a talented and experienced Market Access & Business Development Manager to join our team at Stratpharma, an innovative Swiss Dermatology company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies and driving business growth in the Oncology Supportive Care sector.
As the Market Access & Business Development Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and medical affairs to ensure successful market access for our products. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying key market trends, and leveraging market insights to develop and execute strategic plans.
In addition to market access, you will also play a key role in business development activities. This will involve identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting due diligence, and negotiating partnerships and collaborations. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive the commercial success of our products and expand our market presence.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in market access and business development within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and reimbursement landscape.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access and business development within pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Experience within wound care, oncology supportive care or dermatology advantageous
Strong understanding of market dynamics and reimbursement landscape
Experience in developing and executing market access strategies
Proven track record in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
Strong knowledge of Healthcare systems, GPOs and IDNs essential
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
