Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in Engineering?
Are you looking for a role offering clear & defined routes of progression into Head of Operations?
An excellent opportunity is available to join a world-renowned manufacturer in a fully autonomous role covering engineering & operations. The company will offer further development (both in-house & external) to allow you to step into the Head of Operations role.
An ideal applicant will have a mixture of operations & engineering experience derived from a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar sector. Engineering Management experience and a desire to step into operations can also be considered.
The company are multinational manufacturer with a presence across 4 continents. They are renowned for the development & retention of their staff, with progression available across any of their sites worldwide. Due to continued growth & expansion, they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this position you will report directly to the Head of Operations and be the subject matter expert on engineering / operations for their Greetland site. The position is direct succession planning for the Head of Operations and they will offer you further development to step into this role.
